From Route 208 (north or south):
Take the Maple Avenue North exit toward Ridgewood/Glen Rock. Proceed through the traffic light. Go under the train trestle.
At the next traffic light (Exxon Service Station on left) turn left onto Rock Road. Cross train tracks, come through center of town (2 blocks).
After crossing the second set of train tracks, make an immediate right turn into parking lot. You will pass several businesses (Gianellas, CVS). Go to the rear of the parking lot to a separate "L" shaped commercial building. Naturally Yoga is through the glass door at the corner of the "L" and is located at the end of the corridor.
From Route 4 West:
Stay right after passing Route 17; the road becomes Route 208 north. (Route 4 West will go to the left.) Follow the directions for Route 208 as above.
From Garden State Parkway North:
Take Exit 160 Route 208 Paramus. Stay to the left at the bottom of the ramp. Follow signs to RT 4 west. Follow the above directions for Route 4 and Route 208.
From Route 17 (north or south):
Get off at the Midland Ave exit and go west toward Glen Rock. The road changes to Grove Street. Continue west until the road comes to a "T" at a traffic light. (Straight ahead is a dead end.)
Go left on Prospect Avenue for 2 blocks. Go right onto Rock Road. Continue through town as above.
